How would you describe what you did at Capgemini?

As IT Senior Consultant, I was mainly involved in TELCO system integration projects, based on Java/J2EE, EAI and network management technologies. As Java/EAI Community effective member, I was also involved in preparing internal training sessions, in order to assure the knowledge transfer and support the "new hiring" learning process. Under the project activity perspective, my role was first "developer" and then "senior developer", "architect" and "team leader".
One of my responsibilities was furthermore to carry out presales and sales support activity. In that role, the main concerns were: R.F.I and R.F.P. answering, feasibility studies, proof of concepts and presentations preparing.

What are the three best things about working at Capgemini?

I liked the people I worked with as well as the people I worked for. I liked having a goal that I had to meet everyday (production). I liked the high impact assignment and working for a global Tier One Consulting company as the clients respects your technical expertise and oppinions.
