I hire executives for Capgemini Outsourcing group for North America.

As the Recruiting Lead for Capgemini's Cable & Wireless Practice, my core responsiblities included indentifying new talent, and managing senior-level clients. Additional responsibilities included delivering training to internal recruiters, as well as serving as a strategic advisor in helping to architect the framework for Capgemini's Sourcing Model....

As IT Senior Consultant, I was mainly involved in TELCO system integration projects, based on Java/J2EE, EAI and network management technologies. As Java/EAI Community effective member, I was also involved in preparing internal training sessions, in order to assure the knowledge transfer and support the "new hiring" learning process. Under the project activity perspective, my role was first "developer" and then "senior developer", "architect" and "team leader".
One of my responsibilities was furthermore to carry out presales and sales support activity. In that role, the main concerns were: R.F.I and R.F.P. answering, feasibility studies, proof of concepts and presentations preparing....
