What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Capital Eurocars?

The most challenging aspect of this job besides learning the system first hand, would have to be dealing with the customers that felt as if they where being treated unfairly of wronged especially when you were not the one who dealt with them in the begining, but you were the person answering and tring to solve the problem. How would you describe what you did at Capital Eurocars?

MY final job as a warrenty admin. I was responsible for getting the warrenties paid for this company. I also cashiered for the parts and service department in which I kept balanced on a daily basis. I was responsible for the customers questions and partly for their happiness and satisfaction. What's the secret to getting hired at Capital Eurocars?

Again I showed good people skills, and being as though that was what this job was about, I did very well. I did not know much about this buisness when I started but I caught on fast and the customers always liked dealing with me.
