CarMax, Madison, TN - In this position I handle all aspects of the sale from vehicle
selection, test drive, submitting and retrieving financial information to explaining contracts and customer service issues

Answer phone calls from public.
Provide customers with exceptional customer service.
Keep track of plate distribution book/computer.
Assist managers & sales consultants with clerical projects.

-Managed incoming phone calls.
-Greeted customers, providing immediate assistance and located sales consultants.
-Performed sales and service follow-up calls to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Basically I'm the link between the Inventory Team and our sales managers, buyers, service department and Operations manager.

I coordinate the efforts of the Inventory Team.

Assisted customers with finding the best car that fits their needs and budget
