Having Customer Service experience is a big plus. Being able to interact with people over the phone & being a good listener.

At times some of the supervisors would forget to send me e-mails when someone was approved to leave early or be off. That would make my job harder. I had to add up the employes time to make sure they entered enough time into Kronos to be paid. I had to get all the supervisiors to approve their employee's timecards by the deadline....

I was in charge of the employee attendance. I created a report card using Excel to track the employee occurrences. I was in charge of ordering office supplies, paper, toners and calling service for all office machines. I sent in reimbursement forms to Accounts Payable. I typed letters & correspondence, reserved converence rooms, and relieved the front desk person periodically. All employees called in on my number when they were late or going to be out. I kept a record of all PTO forms, e-mails, and calls of employees taking PTO. I passed out Credo & UM documents to employees for signatures. I signed off on Kronos timesheets & kept track of missed punches & total time....

I had experience in Kronos and timekeeping of the employees. I also had computer skills and experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Peoplesoft and some experience in Access. I had ordered office supplies for other companies I had worked at.I was detail oriented and multi tasked. I also had customer service experience....
