What's the secret to getting hired at Carrabbas Italian Grill?

To get hired at Carrabbas you have to be a hard worker. You also have to go at a fast pace, the faster you move and get things accomplished, the faster you can get to something else that needs to be completed. And to always remeber, there is always something that needs to be done.

How would you describe what you did at Carrabbas Italian Grill?

I started out as a hostess and continued to learn every aspect of the restaurant. I was also trained to help with nightly duties with the manager and morning administration tasks. I continue to learn and grow, as well as helping others.

Waited tables, worked as a team with my other servers to provide good service. Counted money, learned how to talk to and manage customer needs and complaints

How would you describe what you did at Carrabbas Italian Grill?

I was hired before the restaurant was officially opened. Prior to opening I answered phone calls, sent out invitations, and helped set up the restaurant.
After opening I worked in the Carside/Take-out. I became a trainer to new employees in this area. There were general opening and closing
procedures, taking phone orders and packing/taking out food orders to customers.
I then transfered to a server position where I helped customers who ate in the restaurant.
I also has administative duties which included entering invoices into the computer, entering in the sales from the previous night and snding all the information to the home office.
The only reason I left this job was because I moved 45 minutes away.
