How would you describe what you did at Cash Systems?

Receives requests from end-users via telephone. Requests may be issues/problems, procedural or change requests. Thorough use of the problem management system to maintain accurate records and keeps end-users and staff members informed of status. Continuously reviews outstanding requests and prioritization. On a daily basis, remotes into clients and domain controllers to adjust and confirm settings using both PCAnywhere and Windows Remote Desktop. Coordinate the reporting of Infrastructure related service requests including Network, Server and proprietary software. Monitors various systems to ensure system availability. Manages the hardware repair function through vendors from reporting of request through the completion of the work. Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems. Initiates credit card refunds for ATM end users, while maintaining a high level of customer service.... read more
