How would you describe what you did at
Castleberry Foods?
I managed teams of food brokers that ranged from 6 to 13 at different times. The difference wa that over time my geography was essentially dobled from what it was when I started. I put together plans and managed large amounts of promotional funds that with our food brokers allowed us to compete in a very tough canned meat business. Although the regions business was only about $6MM we had to be extremely creative and dedicated to beat our competition and get more than our fair share of activity, volume, and share of market....
