In this position I performed various tasks, which supported the entire Customer Service Team. These tasks included: sorting, processing and delivery of all in-bound mail, maintaining the line of communication between the Customer Service Representatives and the Warehouse Associates, I operate the Live Web Help feature on the company's web site as well as respond to most in-coming customer e-mails, organizing the daily Mail Order Check Report for Accounting, facilitate mail order entry, and mail order exceptions. I always have a positive outlook, and consistently present a high quality of work....
