Celerant Consulting?
I was working with change management, mostly within supply chain management. Change management, organisation redesign, KPI's, BSC, development of management systems etc were my main focuses. I worked with; Hydro, Ericsson, Volvo, Procordia Food, Borregaard Industries, Polimoon, Nam-Woodstork/Shell. I have been involved both in analysis and implementation....
