What did you learn along the way at Charles Hicks & Company?

Long Term Care Insurance was something I had no idea about prior to me working at Charles Hicks & Company. Now I not only have a good understaning of Long Term Care, but of Medicare, Medicaid & other insurance issues. I am now a licensed agent and certifed with the New York State Partnership.
