How would you describe what you did at Charles Schwab?

Supervised staff of ten-training and development. Administrative duties-personnel files and payroll preparation.
Resolved accelerated customer complaints.
Spearheaded program to automate transfer-processing system.
Created written procedures for all tasks performed by team. Procedures used as
model for department websites on company's intranet.
Initiated proceedings to improve communications with departments dependent on team's services.
Passed Series 7 and Series 63 tests to obtain broker's license,

I continued developing my ability to combine my computer background and Finance skills by overhauling existing reporting and modeling functions with Schwab. over the years, I have played a central role in projects as diverse as annual revenue planning, pricing strategy, client segmentation, and incentive plan design. I excelled at developing cross-department relationships and sharing best-practices to enhance the overall firm. I spent over two years in investor relations ensuring the accurate flow of information to outside analysts and investors. Received highest annual performance rating possible last two years running. Received the 2004 Chairman's award, the company's highest annual honor.
Motivated and managed internal teams from all areas of the company and collaborated with Schwab clients to enable the successful delivery of the
following products:
A revolutionary communication tool that has changed the way Schwab communicates with clients. This product reduced account opening issues by 70% and continues to facilitate effective and efficient client relationship-building, a critical piece of the company's recent turnaround, in all areas of the company.
A unique web site feature that generated a new stream of 5,200 high potential, "warm" new business leads annually while decreasing costs by $120K per year.
Personalized corporate "gateways" to schwab.com; resulted in a 26% increase in client logins and helped add over 6,200 new accounts over a six-month period.
Investor education workshops, including the schwab.com WebShop??, all of which are programs that help clients take a proactive approach to their portfolios and included instructions on online tools to save for college and retirement, and conduct estate planning and active trading. Created the content, trained the sales force, and facilitated the distribution of these workshops which had the following impacts:- 78% increase in trading revenues from schwab.com WebShops??- Introduced the ability to reach clients located far from branches through the launch of online seminars
