Experiences at Chase Bank

I was successful at Chase Bank because I have strong communication skills and I have a natural disposition to think critically and analytically.

my main goal was to help first time buyers become homeowners,by going into the community and working with non profit organizations to educate people on the benefits of owning a home.talking about the responsibiliity of owning a home and showing them how to keep their home once they own it.

I had ten years in originating loans,as well as teaching homebuyer seminars. I had expirience inworking in a retail bank atmosphere(Washinton Mutual) I also had alot of experience with working with all types of homebuyers,from first timers to experienced buyers.low income buyers,as well as wealthy buyers. I have also done every type of loan there is,therefore i come with a wide range of skills.I have a ability to feel at home wherever i am,this allows me to make the customer feel at home as well.customers see me as a person,not a salesperson....

Acquire, retain and expand new and existing relationships with customers financial, banking and retirement products including home equity lines of credit, mortgage loans, mutual funds, fixed/variable annuities and 529 plans.

Perform daily operations of the branch. Conduct necessary audits of the banks assets as needed.

* Duties include: handling deposits which include ATM, merchant, and corporate accounts.
* Responsibilities may include: receiving deposits from armored carriers or internal departments, opening bags, verifying/matching deposits, reviewing for fraud,
* Preparing adjustments, crediting accounts, handling payments, sorting bills, rolling coins, filling currency orders, preparing deposits to the Federal Reserve,

I am in Repoossession Support. I assign agents to repo cars, do field visits to make contact w/customer, and skip agents to locate customers
