What's the secret to getting hired at Check Into Cash?

I have a friend who works at CIC and it is horrible. They don't care one whit about their employees. They are treated like dogs, literally. Her office is full of cockroaches, her 'speech' is limited excessively, their organization and the way they do things make absolutely NO sense, and they don't practice good management. Her supervisor and assistant manager use obscene language ALL the time... every sentence. They don't let her 'grow' into the job. Using the computer was a large part of my daily routine here, having to use Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook and Word. I was held responsible in the absence of my store manager.... read more
