What are the three best things about working at ChemPoint?Overall...Chempoint treats their employess great. They offer a lot of perks that seem great at first, but in the end are trvial (all the free food/drinks you can consume).

What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at ChemPoint?Motivation. It is hard to become motivated within the environment that is provided.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at ChemPoint?Dealing with the management. There is no HR department directly within Chempoint (It is outsourced to the parent company Univar) so when an issue arises, you must deal with your direct manager. Managers are sales driven and do not have the HR abilities to reason or deal with employees on a ...
