How would you describe what you did at ChemPoint?

As the Recruiting and Communications Specialist here I focused on staffing and recruiting business proffessionals for Customer Service, Sales, and Intern positions. I developed a wide array of interview and assessment skills, learned how to effectively source candidates, and became skilled at organizing and maintaining candidate information. In Communications I facilitated all corporate communication for our company of over 170 employees. I did this through a company-wide intranet designed to bridge the communication gap as our company grew. I was also involved in the building of a new website for the company, where I learned content editting and project management skills. I thoroughly enjoyed my tenure at ChemPoint and am sure the company has a bright future ahead.... read more

leverage that knowledge in every way. Our interview process involves a job shadow with one of our team members and several peer-based interviews.... read more
