Experiences at Children's Hospital Central California

My office is bright, lots of reds and yellows. My bulletin board is plastered with pictures/postcards of my recruitment trips, maps and Dave Matthews...and I always have music playing!

Our department is currently reading "Crucial Conversations--tools for talking when the stakes are high." We have bi-weekly meetings to discuss the chapters we have read and how we are applying the approach to business and even our personal lives. It's great so far!

Lunches are fun...I eat with my co-workers everyday. We either go out or stay at the hospital cafeteria, which has great food by the way! It's a great time to catch up on work, life, and what we are doing on the weekends.
