What motivates you to do your best work at Chili's Bar and Grill?

The motivation I get working at my restaurant is the compliments I recieve from my managers and customers. Mostly the comments regarding my people skills and my communication skills I use to train the co-workers in charging for drinks and questions from guests referring to a signature drink.
