How did you find your job at Christian Opportunity Center?

What advice would you give to a new employee at Christian Opportunity Center?

Don't be hard on yourself if it takes a while to learn your job because you won't learn it in a day, a week, a month or even several months. There is so much involved with this job! It's best to learn it thoroughly than to learn it in a rush.
