I started to work for Chrysler at the New Castle, In plant as a job setter. During this time, I set a variety of machines, which include the following; Cincinatti Centerless Grinders, CNC machinery. I then moved to Kenosha, Wi due to plant closing in Indiana. I worked at Chryslers engine plant there, where I helped assemble the 2.7 and 3.5 V-6 engines. I then transferred to Belvidere Assembly Plant in Belvidere, Il. There I worked on the assembly line, and was also a team leader....

I work in the Chassis Department. Our team section, which I share with seven co-workers, preps the engine compartment for subsequent system hookups, connects various electrical components, attaches and clamps heater and radiator hoses, and secures engine mount bolts to the specified torque. We rotate between 7 work stations every 2 hours, and the Team Leader troubleshoots....

A third shift was created to fulfill the need to build 3 new cars simultaneously - which had never been done at this plant. Normally an existing employee recommendation would have been required to be hired, but due to the large number of people they needed, they advertised on the internet and local media....
