Investigate and credit all types of fraud claims. Analyze information supplied by Fraud Management Tools (Minotaur, E-port) to ensure loss prevention identifying Subscription Fraud. Work Subpoenas (Court Orders) for different agencies in US, PR and USVI. Assist to Court to testify in Criminal/Civil cases when requested.
