How would you describe what you did at Cingular Wireless / AT&T?I am a manager who has 12 direct reports. I am responsible for coaching my employees on a daily basis for attendance, any performance issues, doing credit audits, and doing 4 quality observations per rep per month.

How would you describe what you did at Cingular Wireless / AT&T?Design of Transport network to support E911 deployment. Made cut plans to move live WLS E911 systems with minimum down time. In charge of all documentation and assignments for E911.

What are the three best things about working at Cingular Wireless / AT&T?1.) The people are some of the friendliest people I have every worked with at any company. This is extremely important in such a large organization. Its a very respectful company.
