21S Fellows Program - working with 10 High performing type A Cisco-ites to help rebuild and reinvent education in the Katrina impacted gulf region.

I contributed to the development, integration, and support of an enterprise level project management system.

Lead software engineer for multiple teams responsible for many aspects of the manageability of Cisco's new, next-generation operating system, IOS XR. Responsible for leading and project-managing teams of engineers, as well as architecting key operating system infrastructure, defining roadmap for future innovations and interacting with customers.

Played a central role in defining and architecting :

- embedded alarm management and correlation infrastructure
- the programmatic XML interface to the OS applications
- innovative embedded device configuration and monitoring features
- an off-the-box Craft management tool

In these roles I have inventorship on 5 "patents pending"....

The company was going through tremendous growth and needed people that can hit the ground running and build a solid foundation is this was happening.

Implemented, managed and grew organization for emerging markets (Eastern Europe, Middle East, Central Asia and Africa). Built team that implemented the growth of telecoms and internet, managed sales and the delivery teams, through high growth. (Based in Europe)

* Directed and coordinated all technical sales activities, and provided post-sales technical and configuration support.
* Designed, installed and configured Cisco Content Delivery Network (CDN) hardware for service provider customers.
* Routinely performed technical and sales presentations for customers, partner prospects, and other team members.
* Developed formal sales plans and proposals for Cisco service provider customers in Arkansas and the Dallas TX areas.
* Generated up to $25 million per network design sales by engineering complex customer solutions to include CLECs ILECs, BLECs, IXCs and ISPs.
* Provided network engineering services and support utilizing various technologies such as DSL, Fixed Wireless, Dial-up, VoIP, Cable-modem, and Cisco CDN products using Content Engines (CE-500s), Content Switches (CSS-800/11000) and Content Routers & Content Delivery Manager....

I was an Intern with the Network System Integration and Test Engineering (NSITE) division at Cisco.
