When I was a Receptionist, I had to answer the phones with all incoming calls and direct them all to the appropriate persons. I aslo took care of all of the supply orderings, mailings and coping. Then when I moved into the Closing Dpt., as a Closing Coordinator, my job was more detailed. I had to answer all of my calls and emails and answer questions that they may have regarding their files. Had a great repore with co-workers, my Operation Managers, clients (such as brokers and closing attorneys). When my Operation Manager told me to get files ready for closing as a RUSH priority, I got it done right away and that's what she liked about me. I was aways there and enjoyed what I did....
