What did you learn along the way at Citigroup?Treat people with respect and courtesy and they will return the favor most of the time. Even if someone is working for you it does not profit you to treat them with less than the full measure of common courtesy throughout the day. If they respect you, they work harder for you.

What are the three best things about working at Citigroup?Career advancement was definitely a possibility. The raises were based on performance so each person determined their own worth. The teamwork environment was definitely fostered, even if other members of your team were at remote locations and you never worked face to face.
