My ideal role is one where I am able to showcase my skill sets and actually exhibit how the services I bring to the table will be beneficial and add value to the organization. This role would allow me to be results-driven, work independently as well in diverse team work settings in order to perform above expectations while focusing on accuracy. I add value by having a clear understanding of change management and organization' cultural values and beliefs. This ensures alignment towards everyone working towards acheiving a common objective....
