Experiences at City of Houston

Well,I was working as a security officer at the animal control building. The management approached about filling out an application during the job fair an I did.Plus that next week we were about to get laid off at WSA due to them losing there contract with the city.

Planning and managing the development and implementation of a new 700 MHz public safety radio communications system for the City. The system will replace the four systems the City currently owns and operates with one centrally operated system. Managing a system project from inception and project definition to implementation and post-implementation analysis and planning. My responsibilities included all phases, such as project development, implementation strategy, planning and support, system requirements, implementation options analysis, procurement, conversion planning and operational support requirements.
