What advice would you give to a new employee at Clear Channel Radio?

---Learn as much as you can, specifically offering to learn additional areas of work once you have mastered that which you were hired to do
---Be prepared for rejection. Even
though you aren't a sales executive, you are working closely with them if you are in the position I was in, so your copywriting, production, and advertising advice can be nixed by potential or current clients. Don't take it personal; in fact, keep the ideas for another time when another advertiser may love the material and want to use it!... read more
