How would you describe what you did at Client - Hightower?Parachute in to pinch-hit for the suddenly departed QA Director, to secure first successful demo clients before company went for next round funding. Managed test engineers, SDETs and build / CM in rapidly iterative life cycle.

What's one of the projects you worked on at Client - Hightower?"The Next Release" which needed to happen to secure a few demo customers to get the next round of funding . . . in about a month. Multiple previous demo attempts all failed.

What did you learn along the way at Client - Hightower?Despite having been hands-off of coding for many years, my intuition about what's going on is still pretty good, including design. These days I'm coding again - for fun, not for money - so getting spun is less of a concern. Still, it's nice to know the spidey sense still works.

How did you find your job at Client - Hightower?A colleague of mine works there. We were talking about getting me in the pipeline when their QA Director quit right before a critical release. Two phone calls later, I'm on an airplane.
