Customer Service Rep(Charter one and Citizen Bank):
Assisting customer with checking and savings account
information, transfering funds by phone, ordering ATM/MMC,
reissuing ATM/MMC,E-forms, ODP form, check ordering, sending
duplicate statements, sending images of checks, vector
research,
fee rebating, balance inquiries, deposit inquiries, CD renewals,
quoting CD rates and money market rates, stop payments,

How would you describe what you did at Client Logic?

AS a customer service representative, I answered phones for Virgin Mobile. I answered customer's questions about their cell phones, upgraded accounts, terminated accounts, and handled disputes. At Client Logic, customer service representatives are required to handle their phone calls within a certain amount of time and to inform the customer of various benefits to using Virgin Mobile. I was consistently within the time allowances and scored high on graded calls.... read more

How would you describe what you did at Client Logic?

My duties were to help Gateway customers with computer issues such as the computer freezing up, lockups, viruses, and questions about how to perform certain task, no video on monitor, cdrom drive not reading disk, and startup issues. These are just a few things I had to help clients with. I was responsible for resolving the client's issues and getting them back up and running.... read more
