Since I am self employed I would say the freedom to set my own schedule is number one. The second would be the challenges of trying to keep afloat in this crazy competitive take no prisoners industry. Third is that I can concentrate on the person to person component of this job which is where I recieve the most satisfaction....

A manager at a company I had represented in the past took a new position and wondered if I knew of an agency who might be interested in representing them. After hearing about this opportunity I decided to go out on my own and have this company as my first client.
