* Instruct English to Speakers of Other Languages to beginning students with no functioning
knowledge of the English language
* Utilize Accelerated Learning principles addressing multiple learning intake styles to transfer
knowledge to students
* Design and execute dynamic lesson plans addressing the listening, speaking, writing and reading domains
of second language acquisition
* Facilitate the development of students English Language usage from non-functioning to 5th grade level
