Experiences at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

The hardest part for me was going from a friend/co-worker to a Supervisor. I had made many friends that I worked with and some thought they could get away with more because of that friendship. I had to make the decision that providing for my family was more important than friendship and in the end I was able to do both....

I was a Shift Supervisor and Barista. I enjoyed making drinks, interacting with customers and being a Supervisor that my co-workers felt comfortable turning to when they had a problem.

Having a willingness to work hard to make the company a success and yourself a success in the company.
