College Pro taught me a lot about myself and how to run a business. I was in charge Marketing and gaining a client base. I had daily estimates and sales opportunities. How would you describe what you did at College Pro Painters?

As a Franchise Manager I was responcible for all aspects of running a small business. I started off with tons of valuable class and on the job training that College Pro Painters put on so I could run a successful painting buseinss. Then I started with marketing: lead generation, sales, professional estiamtes. Then with managment: recruiting, hiring, training, and leadership. Then during the summer I started production: scheduling, budgeting, customer service, and much more leadership. Over the two summer I worked there I did $260K in sales, earned over 40K for school, painted 70 houses, and 80K went to my painters so they could pay for school.
