What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Comcast?The most challenging of the job was satisfying the customer. Sometimes our hands were tied and we couldn't give them what they wanted. Coming behind another representative and correcting their errors. Sometimes not having all the answers.

What's the secret to getting hired at Comcast?I would have to say being customer oriented and wanting to help the customer. Willing to take the extra mile. Good phone voice and patience. Strong drive to sale and able to adapt to change.
