I would say overcoming the preconceived notion that the branch was an "under performing" location. We have met goals here the last 2 years that haven't been met previously by another branch manager.

The most challenging aspect of my job is keeping the staff motivated. I would like to say that everyone stays excited about performing well, but it is a challenge to find out what motivates each individual and cater to their specific needs. I enjoy it though, it gives me a sense of accomplishment when I see that my staff knows they are appreciated....

Overall bank activities, including sales production, expanding bank relationships with personal and business clients, goal setting for the branch, monthly audits of teller supervisor, daily coaching and mentoring, administering weekly and monthly staff sales meetings, overall accounting performance of the branch....
