Provided case management for the Self-Reliance clients, working closely with the clients to develop individual plans for achieving self-sufficiency. Analyzed Essential Support Services (ESS) needed for clients to attain their goals. Wrote necessary requests for support payments.
Referred clients to other agencies for assistance not provided by this agency. Participated in on-the-job training to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to perform assigned duties efficiently under minimal supervision....
