Held responsibility for the preparation, execution, and supervision of test plans related to COMPAQ commercial desktops in the Wide Area Test department. Prepared written End of Test report to be submitted to the Project team including the Vice President of Engineering. Trained new test engineers in both test and reporting procedures. Managed up to 8 test engineers.

Selected Accomplishments
Shortened Test Cycle from ten to six weeks to allow for greater matrix flexibility among test engineers.
Created relationship between Wide Area Test and the Customer Call center to speed up error reporting by two weeks, which provided for higher customer satisfaction scores.
Successfully presented case to Vice President of Engineering to fix USB design flaw pre-worldwide rollout in order to protect COMPAQ brand reputation....
