Experiences at Cook Systems

The most challenging aspect was learning the network. I was brought in to Cook Systems as their number two network person to do mainly the desktop support and gradually learn everything about the network. After about a year the network lead got another job. The company decided not to replace him and have me perform both jobs. I have had to learn the routers, switches, phone systems etc on my own. It has been a challenge but fun....
