- Works closely with executive management to define & manage the Creative Resources Program and projects within the program as needed.
- Responsible and accountable for program planning & implementation in alignment with Creative Resources' business objectives.
- Develops subject matter
expertise in order to facilitate strategic & tactical planning, and to execute against the plans.
- Works with stakeholders to define, document, and continuously improve workflows, business operations and metrics.
- Ensures cross-departmental & cross-functional group engagement, as well as alsignment with and leveraging of existing and planned applications.
- Identifies and manages actions for which short-term vs. long-term strategies can be put in place to support the program while also supporting Corbis as a whole.

How would you describe what you did at Corbis?

Manager of the Business Analysis team, which was part of the Program Management Office (PMO).

- Directly responsible for all business analysis deliverables.
- Worked closely with business drivers and leaders as well as the Program Management Office to develop project origination
deliverables, create analysis estimates, support project planning, and allocate business analysis resources.
- Responsible for managing business analysis resources, including full-time employees and contract personnel.
- Member of the Change Advisory Board, a decision-making body for the IT organization that reviews, prioritizes, approves, and schedules changes that have been approved by the business.
- Contributed to Process Engineering initiatives that developed and improved IT processes.

What do you miss most about Corbis?

Mostly I miss being able to wear whatever I wanted to work, but I also miss all the creative people I worked with. There are many photographers, artists and musicians working at Corbis. It made for a fun interesting environment, although maybe a little moody times. :)
