Experiences at Costco Wholesale

I don't really know or think i remember if i had a tough problem to solve. Of course there were always issuses or drama with coworkers,but i can't really remember.

Costco is a very busy enviroment to work for. In order to work there and keep up, you have to keep that can do attitude and always keep pushing because there is no slowing down. It is very fast pace and thats why i loved it so much.

I feel that i provided excellent customer service and was always trying my best when it came to my job everyday. I helped keep our sales department looking fabulous and presentable, and i was making sure that our produts were stocked fully as best as they could be so the floor looked nice. I tryed to always have a smile and greet every sinle one of the million members that came in. I really feel that i helped provide great service and made members happy....

I feel that if you have a good attitude and are ready to work hard and be on time and pass a drug test, you can work for costco and have a blast. It's a great place to work.

I really liked working as a bakery assistant because i got to help them package the product,label,and put it on the floor

No secret. Just timing.

I went in for the late shift, and helped customers with the merchandise on the sales floor. I would retrieve certain products out of the steel with the forklift while the store was open some times as well. I was also responsible for utilizing the walkie talkie out on the floor to assist customers. I would get item quantity searches, to assist me in locating certain products. I participated in all of the successful inventories that the company had while I was there. Other than that, when the store closed I was on the forklift all of the time. After closing I would drop pallets of product that we needed for the stockers to stock in my section. Then I would continue to pick up the drop-lists of merchandise that the night crew would have to do for the morning. Thereafter dropping all of the pallets, then I would continue to load the truck up with empty pallets. I would then use the company database to fill out all of the necessary paperwork that was needed to get the pallets back to the depot....

Getting hired through one of their seasonal positions, then working really hard to get them to hire you back in May. I had to work really hard, but they called me back a couple months later where I continued to work there for three years.
