How would you describe what you did at Countrywide Financial?

As a part of a team, I supported 1300+ Windows servers in a corporate LAN/WAN environment. I supported the data center infrastructure as a subject matter lead on cooling, power, and rack configuration. I supported Microsoft clustering with up to four nodes in addition to file, print, web, SQL, and home grown application stand alone servers.

How would you describe what you did at Countrywide Financial?

I manage the infrastructure in Texas-based corporate data centers amounting to 40,000+ square feet of raised floor space with HP, Dell, EMC, IBM (p/I Series), NetApp, APC, and Sun IT equipment. I coordinate and approve work on infrastructure equipment from York air, Eaton Liebert/Powerware, and Caterpillar. I act a liaison between corporate facilities and IT to ensure that phase balance, cooling reliability, overall efficiency, and aesthetic appearance of the data center is maintained. I create and enforce enterprise-wide physical access, change control, capacity management, and work safety policies,
I audit power, cooling, and access control for the data centers under my direction. I am currently workin on a project to move a 1300 system, 12,000 Sqft data center to a newer tier III data center. My data centers are Tier I and Tier III rated.
