I was responsible for gathering all requested State Audit information to be provided to the State Examiners. Requests were received from all over the United States where Countrywide and Full Spectrum Mortgages were generated. You had to be very detail oriented as to make sure all items of the examiners check list was completed and if not a letter of explanation was to be done. The Audit Dept. and the Business Units worked together so the audits went smoothly and with minimal auditory fines....

The toughest problems were getting files cleared as soon as I received them so they could close that same day.

The most challenging aspects was getting what I needed from the brokers. They would send in things that did not meet the conditions.

I worked closely with brokers and the sales team to get the files cleared through underwriting so that it could go to closing.
