The toughest problem was probably public relations, being misunderstood by a client.

The most challenging was the fast pace of taking care of over 28-30 people in th center all at the same time.

I organized activities for the center. I supervised other employees, related to the clients, had education classes, games and recreation activities. Planned and prepared meals, and shopped for them. I took care of any paperwork and answering the phone. I went to courses and educational seminars that the company required....

Created, designed and managed entire web presence for 5-hospital health care company in Knoxville, TN, including numerous clinics and treatment centers. Designed and managed corporate intranet and supervised audio and video integration on all sites.
