Currently responsible for the creation, launch and implementation of strategic marketing plans and programs to optimize revenue opportunities in new and existing, master-planned residential developments, condominiums and other residential sales opportunities. Also directly responsible for the development and management of multi-family B2B trade marketing plans, strategies and tactics.
* Establish and foster key relationships and negotiate contracts with new home builders and developers to integrate and institute marketing and sales strategies for new single family residential homes and condominium developments
* Manage and direct field sales staff to insure adequate Cox product representation and execution of promotional launch strategies at key, opportune sales events and locations
* Provide training and on-going support to on-site sales staff to proactively recommend Cox products to prospective residents
* Generate and launch innovative sales incentives, contests and promotional activities to generate sales of Cox products and services
* Monitor and analyze sales traffic, market activity and competitor strategies/tactics to insure the highest possible take rates and RGU penetrations
* Create and execute cutting-edge advertising opportunities for clients (print, public relations, radio, outdoor, TV, and internet).
* Select and collaborate with outsourced vendors to create sales literature, signage, print and electronic advertising, direct mail campaigns and collateral material.
* Seek-out, analyze, plan, and coordinate representation and participation at various events to promote Cox services and 3rd party marketing partnership programs. Events include; various regional and national trade shows, San Diego County Builder's Home Show, Tour d'Elegance, RB Fall Festival, condominium sales grand openings, neighborhood grand openings
* Manage the operational implementation of marketing campaigns and offers to insure timely launch and seamless integration of offers to potential subscribers
* Develop and manage department marketing budget as well as monitor and adjust ROI models
* Represent Cox while serving as an active committee member within local industry associations
