Lunches are very special. Almost every day a large group goes out to eat together - it's getting trickier as the company grows, but this is a wonderful time to bond with colleagues.

Anything you want. Like the majority of sofware companies and startups, things are pretty casual, but if you want to dress up (like I sometimes do) then go for it!

1. The people are incredible - truly the best team I've ever worked with. Dedicated, creative, hard-working and also lots of fun.
2. The culture - Cozi is very focused on family and ensures that people have the space they need to live full lives while also having a meaningful career.
