The secret to getting hired at Credence was understanding the need for my role and the history behind the need for my role. Traditionally, Credence suffered from poor integration and lacked a strategic vision with its staffing needs. From my first interview I was able to present issues they were going through in a non-threatening manner and present very high-level strategic solutions.
