How would you describe what you did at Crown ESA?As I had done for years prior to this, I ran the steel and sheet metal fabrication department which included reviewing jobs and drawings, inventory management, ordering materials and parts, scheduling and assigning work, supervision, training and reviewing, and assisting in fabrication as needed.

What's the secret to getting hired at Crown ESA?My prior employer was aquired out of bankruptsy and because the new company had no experience with the aspect of the business I had been leading, I was asked to continue in the supervisory position.
