Lead Systems Engineer

* Developed the backplane architecture, lead NEBS and FCC compliance effort, and developed Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Certification (DFC) processes for CompactPCI-based, integrated voice, data, and video services
gateway/Softswitch system for interconnection of ATM/SONET, Ethernet, E1/T1, T3, OC-3c, OC-12, and UTP physical layers
* Developed hardware design checklists for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), parts selection, and physical design requirements
