What's the funniest thing that ever happened to you at D.A.K.C.S. Software Systems?We had our share of fun. On slow days the technical support room is the place you'd likely get shot with a rubberband in the hind-quarters if you weren't careful.

What do people do for fun after work at D.A.K.C.S. Software Systems?Hike, ski, cycling, go home to family (it's in Utah).

How did you find your job at D.A.K.C.S. Software Systems?Was recruited from my job in the bicycle store. The Technical Director of the company came into the bike shop, I worked on a bike for him and he mentioned to me that I should look into working in Software. I called him a month later and was given a job.

What's one thing you would like to change at D.A.K.C.S. Software Systems?Better communication from the top down, but as I understand things now, they have improved that already.

What's your workspace like at D.A.K.C.S. Software Systems?Technical support was a shared room with work stations for about 9 people. There were no partitions, but we kept it casual and would play around and laugh with each other when time permitted.

What are the lunches like at D.A.K.C.S. Software Systems?Generally an hour...depending on how good you were at policing yourself. I used to read on my lunches, but sometimes a group of us would go for a hike in the mountains across the street from the office.

What do people wear to work at D.A.K.C.S. Software Systems?Business casual. I got the impression several times that they wanted people to dress more business-like, but it wasn't heavily enforced and often people would wear jeans.

What are the opportunities for advancement at D.A.K.C.S. Software Systems?They take a while, but you can certainly move up in the company. If you are a hard enough worker you will be recognized for it.

What's the interview process like at D.A.K.C.S. Software Systems?Basic interview with a hiring manager and then they have you take a technical exam that gives them an idea of your programming and technical knowledge.
