Global Accounts Manager 2006
Managed one supervisor and up to 20 rates and revenue adjustment analysts. Staff responsibilities were working with customers to ensure the rate settings were accurate before invoicing as well as auditing and adjusting invoices if the rate settings were not correct. Supported sales managers and directors of 107 global accounts.
?? Worked to streamline or create new billing and invoicing processes.
?? Instrumental in transitioning the EDI coding process to another department. After transition of the major aspects of EDI customer support to Arizona, worked with management to determine what processes would remain in Houston. Determined staffing levels and then worked with the new organization to develop and document the new processes.

EDI Support Supervisor 2004 - 2006
Supervised up to 10 EDI activation analysts. Monitored work flow and deadlines and developed procedures and processes. Worked directly with customers and sales to ensure correct set up for activation.
?? Helped create EDI activation group in Houston during merger of DHL and Airborne. Cross trained with outgoing Airborne staff in Seattle. Picked staff for new group in Houston. Documented procedures then worked to train the new staff in those procedures.
?? Was main contact for third party vendors pertaining to site activations.
?? Administrator of label range database. Maintained master range for shipping label numbers for the US. Assigned ranges to be housed on servers for automatic distribution to customers and vendors.
?? Provided support for EDI activation processes that migrated to Arizona by training new personnel taking over processes. Also verified procedures and documentation and helped create documentation as needed.

Application Administrator 1998 - 2004
Responsible for quarterly download process. After update was tested, posted it to server and started the download to over 2,000 systems throughout the US, created distribution list of download then monitored status of download and reported on success rate.
?? Participated in UAT for new software builds, including new shipping software during beta and a new ticketing software to be used internally. Helped roll out and train on ticketing software for the Houston office. As a result, became main software contact and support in Houston office for about 30 users.
?? Helped develop inbound file transmission process for largest customer of DHL by working with development, business analyst and customer. Verified file format, transmission and upload and supported the customer after implementation.

Automated Billing Supervisor 1992 - 1998

Roll-out of DHL's Corporate Intranet in Asia Pacific: concept, trainings and country support; survey for 26,000 users; internal user marketing campaign

Implement various Knowledge Management initiatives within DHL Asia Pacific (e.g. Facts database, online media updates)

Develop and execute communications concept (key messages, channels) for DHL Global Mail brand in Asia Pacific
