What's the secret to getting hired at DSW?DSW is a fashion forward footwear retailer requiring the ability to adapt to constant change and to deal with daily stress and issues related to the business you are accountable for. You must be forward looking, able to plan strategically and remain flexible to constant change.

How would you describe what you did at DSW?I worked with the public. I helped customers with sales an gave them the ultimate treatment. I also rang up customers on the register.
